
A advanced 25% deposit is required to reserve your date If cancellation is made your deposit is forfeited. Final payment in full is due 14 days prior to event. All catering functions are subject to a service charge and applicable sales tax. All federal , local , and state laws with regard to food and beverage are strictly adhered to. Because of seasonal availability of certain foods The Lord Lindsey reserves the right to offer substitutions if the food requested is not up to the level of our quality. Standard policies to keep the buffet replenished during specified time of food service per the contract agreement . Excess food and beverage can not be carried out of any function due to insurance purposes. Final menu selections should be submitted 2 weeks prior to event to insure availability of desired items. Guests are to be expected to depart at the time stated on contract unless other arrangements are made with catering director an additional charge of 200.00 per extended hour . The Lord Lindsey is not responsible for damage or loss of any items left in any banquet facility. A minimum head count guarantee is due 14 days prior to function and a final guarantee five working days prior to your event Minimum guarantees may not be reduced , however may be increased within reason.
